Welcome to Pamela Higley’s 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training program, a Yoga Alliance certified training. In this training you’ll be guided through a journey of self-discovery all the while learning:

  • Anatomy and alignment for yoga
  • Yoga Philosophy
  • Ayurveda – Sister Science of Yoga
  • Pranayama – Our Life Force Energy
  • Mantra and Chanting
  • Sequencing of Asana
  • Adjustments and Modifications
  • The Art of Teaching Yoga
  • The Business of Yoga

Regardless of whether you plan to teach or simply wish to deepen your current practice, this training will meet you where you are. You’ll learn how to integrate all your own knowledge and what you learn in this training and apply that into your yoga teaching or to the deepening of your current yoga practice.
