Arundhati Baitmangalkar is well known for her yoga background, attention to detail, precision and understanding of not only the physical aspects of yoga but the philosophical aspects as well. She has personally been through multiple trainings in India and outside over the years, and combined with her 10 years of teaching experience, creates a unique approach that will simplify yoga for you and make it an inseparable part of your life. Even though she lives here is Redmond, she is constantly writing for publications internationally and is booked on her India tours with workshops at local yoga schools.
Aparna Ramesh comes from a paramedical background, and has sought out a rewarding and informative journey through various forms of yoga throughout her studies in Canada, India, and Poland. She integrates her paramedical experience with her understanding and practice of yoga to bring to you a unique and truly beneficial method of practicing and teaching this ancient practice of well-being. She also leads her own pre-natal yoga teacher training in India.
Aham Yoga International trains in small, intimate groups so everyone gets complete attention. All of our trainees are hand-picked and have to be pre-approved for the training. We want to make sure we are a good fit and that yoga is passed on properly. We only run one small group training at a time, which ensures that all of our energy, focus and effort are aimed towards making you a better teacher and practitioner.

Enrollments are currently open. The training is conducted in Banaglore, India. Aham Yoga will not provide accommodation but will help all participants with resources to find accommodation close to the yoga training.
