Gentle Yoga offers something for everyone, no matter what age or fitness level. Stretch your body, and breathe your stress away. The weekly classes focus on fluid movements to increase range of motion and joint and muscle flexibility. Beginners will learn the basics of Hatha Yoga, and all will enjoy a strengthening workout. Please bring your own yoga mat.

The class is being taught every Wednesday from June 18th to August 20th from 11h30am to 12h30pm at the Exhibition Hall Lawn in Seattle Center. You will get to stretch in this free outdoor yoga class and enjoy a view of the space needle.
