Friendship Yoga is a playful all-level yoga class that inspires heartfull friendships! Share yoga with friends and family, make new friends and enjoy a fun evening with community.

Schedule:

• 5:00 pm – 6:30 pm, Friendship Yoga Class with Zofia
• 6:30 pm – 7:30 pm, Organic Vegetarian Potluck and Chair or Hour long Massages. Bring a vegetarian dish to share!
• 7:30 pm – 8:30 pm, Game Night! Family friendly!
