Come find out what you love about yoga in this Intro to Yoga series. Β This is a four-week workshop designed for the beginner or those who want to energize a forgotten practice. Β  This series will give you an understanding of the foundational poses and breath work encountered in any vinyasa class. You will discover the anatomical principles for the warrior series, high plank, low plank, upward and downward facing dog along with some twists, backbends and hip openers.

Schedule:

  • Saturdays from 11am-noon; April 8th, 15th, 22nd & 29th

Pricing:

  • $100 for the 4 class series
