Fact: Yoga will make you a better athlete. This 8-week Jasyoga Cross-Training series will help you “Hit Reset” — sustain balance — with practical techniques to optimize all your hard work and training, no matter what your sports or fitness goals.
Learn practical skills to help you:
  • Perform: Activate and strengthen your core, key muscles, and sport-specific movements
  • Prevent Injuries: Improve your form, increase your flexibility, and mitigate common imbalances and sports injuries
  • Recover: Aid the recovery process — rest easy so that you can go hard.
