On Saturday, July 19, the yoga community will unite to support a one of a kind event in Seattle, Yoga for Hope. The event was created to bring awareness to the benefits of yoga practice and to raise funds for research and integrative therapies for patients with life-threatening illnesses.

At City of Hope, patients are offered gentle, restorative yoga classes for relaxation and well-being, in addition to traditional treatments. This program has had a profound impact on symptom management and quality of life for patients.

Because of your generosity, Yoga for Hope Seattle has raised more than $160,000 to aid City of Hope doctors and researchers to continue their lifesaving work.

We invite you to join us at the sacred space of Saint Markโ€™s Cathedral on Capitol Hill for a truly unforgettable evening of yoga, music, compassion and philanthropy. Recognized yoga instructors Patrick Beach, Lisa Black, Dora Gyarmati, Jess Jessum, Jo Parsons and Michael Warner will guide you through an amazing yoga practice designed for newcomers and experts alike.
