For the second year in a row we head back to Leavenworth for our summer yoga retreat to celebrate World Yoga Day. It will be two days filled with multiple yoga classes to deepen your practice, pranayama, optional yoga workshops, yoga nidra, chanting, non-yoga group activities and more.

Nestled on the banks of Icicle River, it’s a weekend that will be memorable. Coupled with gourmet organic food, the great outdoors, wonderful resort amenities, unwind doing what you love. We invite you and your family to discover a destination where nature inspires every day and everyone.

Where is it?
Sleeping Lady, Leavenworth

Sleeping Lady resort is a beautiful, secluded retreat center situated on 70 acres of meadow and forest along Icicle Creek Canyon in the Cascade Mountains. Comfortable rooms, gorgeous and well-heated practice space, gourmet food and spa/hot pool will keep you rested and pampered. The resort is located about 120 miles or 2.5 hours from Seattle. The resort is located at 7375 Icicle Road, Leavenworth, WA 98826.

Accommodation Options (price per participant)

  • Triple occupancy = $500
  • Double occupancy = $550
  • Single occupancy = $680

Price includes all meals (2xbreakfast, 1xlunch, 2xdinner and two beverage breaks) and the use of all Sleeping Lady facilities, including the sauna, outdoor hot and cold pools and all yoga instruction.

Arundhati Baitmangalkar, (ERYT 500) owner & director of Aham Yoga will take your through an amazing journey of customized yoga sessions that are geared to challenge, inspire and make you soar. Having taught Yoga in America & abroad, it promises to be a weekend of learning, exploration and gratitude.
