Join Megan Kountz on New Year’s Day for an all levels Vinyasa Flow class, setting the foundation for a year of living mindfully through setting daily intentions.

We will explore what it means to hold space for an intention on the mat and then translate that to our daily life, inviting peace and presence into every day. We will make room to listen to ourselves and acknowledge our present states of being. By practicing mindfulness on our mats, we encourage mindful living off the mat.

This is a donation based class, benefiting Street Yoga: a local non-profit that builds capacity in youth to overcome trauma and to create meaningful, healthy lives through yoga and mindfulness.
