Hosted and music curated by Kat of POWER 93.3. Seattle staple, DJ Vega, will be mixing trap music live in the studio with you. 75 minutes of yoga with the one and only, Ginger, recently featured in Seattle Magazine as one of Seattle’s top instructors. After-party in the lobby with refreshments and a photo booth.

Trap yoga is yoga with music and lyrics that may be explicit. It invites diversity and inclusiveness to populations that may not identify with a typical yoga class.
