#10 Guatemala Yoga Retreat on Lake Atitlan with Holman Health Connections

Join Roy Holman & Liz Gross for this 9 to 12 day yoga retreat in Guatemala. The theme of this retreat is Surrendering egoic mind to Heart / Divine Mind. We will discuss and offer teachings and exercises for surrendering our egoic mind to our Divine mind, from intellect to being, balancing head with heart. Guatemala, the land of eternal spring, is located on the southern border of Mexico.
