About this Event: This Summer, Bala Yoga is offering free outdoor yoga classes! Enjoy the sunshine, yoga practice & Bala community in Gas Works Park. Class is open to all levels!
These 60 minute classes, held on Thursdays from 6:30 – 7:30PM, will be taught by Colleen Kennedy, a recent graduate of our Rasa Yoga 200 Hour Teacher Training with Greta Hill.
Coming to Class? Colleen will meet you at the top of the hill. Together you’ll find the perfect spot for class. Colleen will have a sign-in sheet and New Student Forms for any first time Bala Yoga students.
Please BYOM (Bring your own mat!). In case of bad weather or smoke, class will be moved to Studio B or cancelled depending on availability. Please check the schedule for updates before coming to class.

Free Community Pranic Healing Night

About this Event: Join this upcoming Free Community Healing Night for a great meditation followed by a quick Pranic Healing session!
This event will begin with the Meditation on Twin Hearts, a simple yet powerful 20-min guided meditation technique open to people of all backgrounds. A recent study presented at the 2015 Pranic Healing Research Institute showed that doing Meditation on Twin Hearts restructures the brain and increases gamma waves!
After the meditation, visitors with volunteer practitioners will be paired up for a short Pranic Healing session, a great opportunity for visitors to have first-hand experience with Pranic Healing.

About this Event: 8 Limbs Yoga Centers is thrilled to once again partner with the Seattle Art Museum (SAM) to offer free yoga classes to the public at the spectacular Olympic Sculpture Park. These classes are part of SAM’s summer programming and run Saturday mornings from July 13 through August 17, 2019.

The schedule for 2019 is as follows:
