Yoga Event #1: Partner Yoga and Thai Massage with Jessica Dafni

The yoga postures and Thai Massage techniques presented will be fun, effective and simple, allowing each couple to learn to give and receive therapeutic touch with love and kindness. Yoga Event #2: Valentine’s day yoga & kirtan benefiting Yoga Behind Bars

Join the Seattle yoga community for this evening of celebrating on Valentine’s day featuring a yoga class and Kirtan music after that by Shantala. All proceeds will benefit Yoga Behind Bars.

The event will include Grammy-winning bamboo flute master, Steve Gorn and Sean Frenette on bass, vocals and three string guitar.

Yoga Event #3: Partner yoga massage workshop with Carina Terra

This consists of two hours of pure bliss! Partner Yoga Massage is a creative synthesis of yoga and body work that produces deep relaxation in the receiver. This workshop is for couples, friends or any two people over the age of 18 who want to learn the basics of giving and receiving a grounding massage that leaves the receiver completely rested and rejuvenated. It is two hours long to allow enough time for both of you to give and receive a very thorough yoga massage from each other while the teacher guides you each step of the way.

Yoga Event #4: The Rungs of Love Valentine’s day workshop with Savitri

This afternoon class with Savitri makes a perfect Valentine’s Day date to be shared with someone special. In this short workshop some Heartfull Meditation techniques will be shown, explained, discussed and used in a guided meditation.
