Adrienne’s unique and powerful classes combine rhythmic and dancey breath-led movement with structured anatomical opening and intelligent sequencing. Her fluid yet pragmatic approach to yoga is equally inspiring, challenging and enrapturing.Adrienne is an entrepreneur at heart. She loves to innovate, inspire and envision a new future. She designs the curriculum for teacher trainings and workshops, scouts and leads local and international retreats and spearheads events and collaborations. Adrienne is the yoga sequence artist and model for the Down Dog App, created the method for, and co-owns, Barre Bohemian, LLC, Seattle’s only independently owned barre studio, and created Seattle’s only mobile yoga teacher training program: The Craft of Teaching Yoga.
