Biola Akanni is a 200hr RYT certified Vinyasa yoga instructor, writer and YouTube vlogger for Yoga by Biola, where she shares empowering yoga sequences and enlightening tips on how to liberate the mind and body. A bhakti yogi with a Bikram background, Biola’s soulful practice fuses fluid Vinyasa with meditative breathing and mindful flourishes to awaken the body. Motivational aspects encourage the celebration of incremental change, while leaning into areas of growth compassionately. The Nigerian-American lifestyle healer is also the founder of The Be Liberated Series, an intimate workshop designed to unpack the conscious of stagnant teachings in order to lead a more fulfilled and liberated life.
