About Danielle Sack

Danielle approaches yoga as a way to recover from everyday life. Her classes offer an energetic mix of breathing, physical movement and meditation. She aims to send you on your way feeling refreshed and relaxed with some instruction about incorporating yoga into your regular workouts and everyday life. You can find yourself in her classes whether you’re an experienced yogi or someone who has never even heard of down dog. Danielle works hard to offer classes that complement your workouts to help improve performance, increase mobility, and speed up recovery. Outside of yoga Danielle loves exploring the beautiful PNW with her husband and sweet babies.
