About Sarvesh Nagaari

Yogasadhaka Sarvesh Naagari is the owner of Ripple Yoga in Seattle, WA and has been in deep Sadhana for over 7 years exploring the self through the self. He has completed certified teacher trainings for over 2,500 hours including a recent 6 month continuous stay at an Ashram in Southern India where he practiced the science of Tantra, Mantra and Yantra for 14 hours a day. He teaches the Yoga of Patanjali’s Eight Limbs and Rishiculture Gitananda Yoga and can teach over 300 Asana, 100 Mudras and 50 Pranayama techniques in addition to advanced Pratyahara and Samyama. He is an expert in Yama/Niyama and lives a yogic lifestyle based in Yama/Niyama. The class styles that he teaches at Ripple Yoga are based both in this foundation, other teacher training and personal experience and are Vinyasa, Hatha, Restorative, Yin, Yoga Nidra and Advanced Yoga for those who seek the higher learnings including Mantra chanting, Chakras, Yantra (the science of name, number and shape), Pratyahara and Samyama (Dharana, Dyana and Samhadi). Sarvesh has taught approximately 1,500 classes in addition to his training and has practiced approximately 6,000 hours including an intensive study of Yama and Niyama prior to beginning Asana. But beyond all that, he is proudest to say that he teaches happiness as a way of life!!! Sarvesh is also the author of, “20,000 Oms and a Cup of Chai”, a true story of his spiritual life based on his trip to India and the journey of his spirit from a near death experience and complete spiritual and emotional bankruptcy to finding the courage and humility to live and flourish. In his spare time, he is an avid musician who plays the guitar, piano and sings and also enjoys playing volleyball and ice hockey.
