About Julee Gagne

Julee found yoga in 2010, in the midst of balancing a stressful corporate job and a big life transition due to divorce. She found refuge on her mat where she was introduced to concepts of mindfulness, calming through breath and movement, and embracing kindness and compassion for herself. From there began a journey exploring the deep wisdom of yoga, meditation, and Ayurveda. It has been a truly life changing path and in 2015 she became a teacher of these practices to help others minimize unnecessary suffering. She completed her RYT 200 Teacher Training, and is currently working toward her certification as an Ayurvedic Wellness Counselor. In her teaching she brings empathy, compassion, and a passion for building a safe practice for each student by meeting them where they are. She enjoys teaching Yin, Restorative, Vinyasa, and Yoga Nidra. Julee LOVES working with students one-on-one not only with the physical asana practice, but also in developing pranayama (breath), meditation, and mindfulness techniques for living a calmer, more grounded, stress-less life.
