About Lia Leilah

Lia Leilah has been practicing Ashtanga in the Mysore style for over a decade. Introduced to the lineage of Sri K. Pattabhi Jois early on in her practice, she has since travelled extensively, and lived in India at length, in order to study Ashtanga with several of the foremost teachers in the world, including Guruji.
