About Nicole Koleshis

Nicole has been sharing the gift of yoga with children and families since 2002. Her work as a pediatric Occupational Therapist led her to start teaching yoga to children in schools and then inspired her to expand her yoga offerings into the community. Nicole teaches classes throughout Seattle and leads Next Generation Yoga (NGY) Teacher Trainings worldwide. She also co-authors monthly NGY Lesson Plans.
