Renee Press is the founder of Fire and Earth Kitchen in Seattle, WA, which offers 100% vegan & gluten-free cooking classes, prepared meals, chef services, and recipe resources. She's working to make healthy, creative meals an option for everyone. Her cooking journey began in the kitchen at Integral Yoga Institute in NYC, where she volunteered while practicing there in her mid-twenties. She quickly realized the benefits of a plant-based diet and embraced the amazing community that her yoga family had created. Her background in the arts, love of traveling abroad, and belief in the power of compassion come through in her classes and cooking.
