About Sandra Storwick

Sandra tried teaching skiing in Banff and then Switzerland, hitch-hiking around Europe, living in rural Spain, working at a school in a little mountain village in South India, living on a boat, having children, a few marriages, a few university degrees, being vegan, a massage therapist, a yoga teacher... Finally she found Savitri who taught her the techniques that she had developed that lead you directly to the missing ingredient - self love. Your soul. Sandra now teaches those techniques at the Alive and Shine Center in Bellevue, Lila and Live Love Flow in Seattle. She is also developing a clothing business, Saffron & Rose Apparel, making organic, colorful active wear to help your body hold the light of your soul!
