Svetlana draws her passion for food from the mediterranean cuisine, but it is her curiosity to experiment with many international spices and ingredients that allow her to create unique and tasteful meals. She is a yogini and food lover, but she also likes politics and enjoys reading. She combines all of her knowledge and passions on a plate, so you can expect organic and somewhat a philosophical feel. She has worked with top chefs and has learned that one thing is for sure, “be flexible on and off the mat,” even when you experiment with food.
