About Vija Rogozina

Born in Latvia, Vija Rogozina has lived in Denver, Colorado since 2000, and moved to Seattle in September 2015. Always an explorer of the mind, she has been pursuing knowledge of human condition and has practiced meditation in varying forms since her late teens. Vija came to her first Neurosculpting® class in 2011 and has been practicing it ever since. She is passionate about integrating knowledge of neuroplasticity and embodied mindfulness and loves sharing it with others.
