In this video series, Rai will be addressing ways of avoiding injuries in your yoga practice.

Rei’s Bio: Rai (pronounced ‘ray’) has been teaching yoga since 2001 and has been involved in the fitness industry since 1994. She embodies to the best of her ability the truth of what she teaches – exploring and creating balance in whatever way yoga or life presents itself. Rai teaches all levels of classes and a variety of class formats. She teaches at Yogabliss and leads workshops and retreats. She is the Lead Yoga Teacher for the Bellevue College 200 hour RYS Yoga Teacher Training Certification Program. Other than teaching Yoga, Rai enjoys rollerblading, rock climbing, cycling, a little baton twirling and being a Girls Scouts leader.
