From an energy science perspective, stress is the result of poor agni and a lack of strength stamina and endurance. You will always be confronted with stressful events in your daily life, Ayurveda says that there are two important ways to deal with stress. First, be sure you have good agni for stamina, strength, and endurance so that you can weather the stressful events. Secondly, give your energy body time off and don’t overly stress it.
