Seattle Cancer Care AllianceSeattle Cancer Care Alliance- Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA) offers Therapeutic yoga and Gong bath classes every week available for cancer patients, caregivers, and survivors.
During SCCA’s Therapeutic yoga classes gentle and mindful movement, breathing, sound and meditation are used to nourish and replenish the mind and body of participants.
Gong Bath sessions at SCCA are led by Wayne from Beneficial Sound who uses multiple gongs and mallets to bring out the full spectrum of vibrations and frequencies in a calm state to the attendees.

Cancer LifeLine - logoCancer Lifeline- Cancer Lifeline is an organization that offers diverse experiential support groups and classes, informational presentations, and exercise programs tailored to the unique challenges of people who have (or have had) cancer.
The non-profit is currently organizing multiples chair yoga, Gentle yoga, and movement classes that take place in various locations all over Seattle available for cancer patients and survivors.
