About the Instructor: Pam Granston

Pam Granston

After 4 years of practice in different styles of yoga, Pam began Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training to teach others so they might experience the benefits of yoga. In 2008, she read about Yin Yoga, an ancient style of yoga originating in China. Pam followed Paul Grilley to Chicago to train with him and found that practicing Yin yoga every day, along with her β€œyang” practices, made her feel more energized and less stressed during her daily life.

As a certified Yoga Instructor registered with Yoga Alliance as ERYT-200, Pam has taught over 3,000 classes . She has lead several teacher trainings and is able to apply her knowledge as a Wellness Coach. Pam obtained a degree in Behavioral Science from Bastyr University.

Today she teaches three yoga classes a week. Her intention and focus is on alignment and safety with whatever style is taught. She believes we all have the ability to find balance in our lives as we practice mindfulness, yoga, and being human.
