Breitenbush Hot Springs in Detroit, Oregon
July 5-9, 2020

As yoga students, we are always learning, filling our wells and receiving deeper insights through continued practice and study. As yoga practitioners, we seek a sangha, or community, with whom we can share our journey. What better place than Breitenbush to spend five days soaking in the teachings of yoga, Ayurveda, anatomy, and Non-violent Communication (NVC) with two highly knowledgeable teachers and a group of dedicated practitioners?

Together we’ll explore daily yoga practices that nourish and strengthen, how to understand your personal constitution (dosha), ways of communicating that are meaningful and compassionate, and more!

This retreat can be taken as part of the 8 Limbs 500-hour Teacher Training. 8 Limbs is a family of yoga studios in Seattle committed to being a supportive and welcoming place to learn and grow through the mind-body practices of yoga. For more information email teachertraining@8limbsyoga.com.

Senior 8 Limbs Yoga Center instructors Melina Meza and Chiara Guerrieri (each with at more than 20 years of teaching experience) will help you integrate your studies “off the mat” into daily life.
