Kim and Tracy invite you to join them on a Fall retreat in beautiful Leavenworth, Washington! During this retreat, we will be working with the theme of “Finding Refuge in your Practice.” Taking time away from your daily life, to immerse yourself in beauty, to tune in and listen deeply to yourself and to spent time in community with others engaging in the same radical self care is incredibly transformational!
During this retreat there will be a balance of daily asana practice, meditation, and free time to reflect (and perhaps even treat yourself to a spa service!).
On Saturday evening, there will be a soundbath with Gavin Tull-Esterbrook to deepen relaxation and restore balance to your system.
We hope you will leave this retreat feeling deeply nourished and restored and perhaps have a stronger connection to the refuge that your own practice can offer you! A refuge that will remain with you no matter what life has in store.
The retreat begins with arrival at 2:30 on Friday and ends Sunday after Lunch. All meals are included.

Rates per person: Single: $900; Double: $740; Triple: $690
Note: We will do our best to accommodate your rooming preference but cannot guarantee your request. There are a limited number of single and double rooms available. All rooms are dorm style, some with bunk beds and shared bathrooms. Please specify at the time of registration if you have any roommate preferences.

Cancellation Policy: Refund of your payment(s) less a $50 cancellation fee until 6/15/2020. No refunds can be given after that time.
