Experience

A new retreat offering by Nourish Yoga Retreats on the east side of the mountains in Washington state. Just a short drive away. Nestle into luxury and a premium yoga experience as we explore meditation, relaxation, and group activities. This retreat is geared towards all genders. Couples, friends, individuals are all welcome to join in on this immersive experience.
This retreat will be guided by Carrie.

Sneak Peek At The Schedule [this schedule is tentative and may change slightly]

Monday afternoon check-in and optional early dinner in town.
Meditation, slow-flow yoga session + nidra for a great night’s sleep in your plush king bed.
Tuesday morning meditation + yoga class + breakfast, followed by relaxing group activity.
Healthy lunch, followed by ample free time to swim, relax, lounge, steam, and repeat as desired.
Optional group dinner in town and evening yin yoga + meditation session.
Wednesday morning yoga class + breakfast + closing circle.

Carrie Johnson Bio

 

 

Carrie Johnson is the owner of Aya Yoga Oasis, a certified yoga instructor (E-RYT200 and YACEP), and an adventurous world explorer. Carrie enjoys exploring new cultures and new places, while keeping an open mind to new possibilities.

Carrie is also very passionate about sharing yoga with her students in a way that allows them to cultivate the art of listening to their body. Every class she teaches allows time for each student to experiment and to learn something new about themselves.
