Gentle Yoga in Costa Rica from January 15th – 20th, 2023
- Two Gentle Yoga Classes per day
- Three nutritious meals per day
- Free time to explore the jungle, visit the monkeys in the mangroves, swim and surf, fun shopping nearby, or just relax
Free transportation to and from the San Jose Airport
Schedule: January 15th – 20th, 2023
Cost: Single, Double and triple cottages available. Prices range from $1,400 (for a quadruple occupancy room), $1,500 (for a triple occupancy room), to $ 1,675 (for a double occupancy room) and include all meals and shuttle to/from the resort. Airfare is not included.
Guests can request Vegetarian meals for $5 extra per meal . Guests may also run a tab and order fruit drinks, smoothies, beer, wine, and cocktails.
Please note: If you need to cancel your reservation, you must do so 90 days prior to the trip. If you cancel after the 90 day window, you will still be responsible for the full amount unless a replacement can be found for your spot.

About the instructors: Patty Turnberg & Bonnie Cassels
Patty Turnberg, a lifelong student of dance and aerobics, has always filled her life with the joy of moving. Recently, in recognition and appreciation of the aging process, her focus turned to yoga and she earned her 200 hour Teacher Training Certificate from 8 Limbs Yoga Center in Seattle. Her aim is to guide people of all ages into moving and breathing with intention and joy.
“I received my 200 and 500 hour yoga teacher training certificates from the Yoga Center of Columbia, in 2008 and 2013, respectively. Additionally, in July 2017, I received a certification to teach Dr. Loren Fishman’s Yoga for Osteoporosis method. Although I began my journey with Anusara inspired teachers, I have a deep respect and appreciation for all yoga paths. The breadth and depth of my education have been enhanced through continued training and courses, both nationally and internationally. I work hard to ensure that students are offered the most up-to-date methods to enhance their practices.
I especially enjoy teaching and practicing Hatha, alignment-based, slow flow, and therapeutic yoga classes for all ages and abilities.
I look forward to meeting you, seeing you on your mat, and joining you on your yoga journey. Together, we can work wonders.”
