About the instructor: Jen Breen and Kelly Asadorian:
Kelly Asadorian is a professional working artist who lives in Indianola, Washington. She has been creating and teaching art for 30 years. As an art teacher she facilitates the curiosity of others to be creative by providing information, space and essential materials. She believes that our nature is to be playful & creative. Yoga is one of Kelly’s other loves in life. She finds deep connections between the imagination, curiosity and process of both art and yoga. Her personal practice is a place of expression, reflection and reforming ideas. She also loves burritos, cooking and backpacking.
Jen Breen is a yoga teacher, community leader, activist, writer, and joy catcher. Mostly Jen finds her gift in holding safe and brave spaces to simply be human in all of its beauty, complexity, messiness and awe. Jen finds ways to help people connect to what is true and to consciously and creatively move that energy through the body, on the page or in conversation. Jen founded the Bainbridge Yoga House in 2007 on Bainbridge Island, WA. She has been a teacher for over 25 years. Currently she teaches yoga, meditation, and Wild Writing. She is also the facilitator of Mom’s Morning Retreat – mentoring and nurturing moms.
