The deepest purpose behind creating this training was to craft a training that could guarantee you can end the cycles that you no longer want to be a part of – and that by doing so you will learn to CHOOSE not to live in fear of being in your body.

It is for women who:

  1. Are ready to enter Sacred Space
  2. Want true regenerative Yin Yoga
  3. Desire to give & receive openly
  4. Are ready to release tension in all diaphragms with guided support.

You might be scared that “nothing will work” for you, given what you’ve been through…or that you won’t be able to release the overwhelm from the Nervous System.

I know because I’ve been there that YOU CAN and I guarantee that this combination of our 5-Elemental Yin Yoga practice combined with Vedic chanting will release stale, outgrown karmas.

Not only that, I know from experience that failing to practice in this way can prolong our suffering, stress, and tension (so intelligently stored in the body – awaiting release).

We will dive into all 5 Elements (Earth, Water, Fire, Wood and Metal) and Master Classes to re-balance and build trust with the body using these meridians and conscious tracking within the body.

Students can expect:

  • A course PDF for essential meridians and learning
  • Two take-home Master Sequences for a balanced practice
  • A personalized assessment of imbalances and support crafting self-practice
  • Two hour master class each day with complete 10-30 minute restorative breathing/yoga Nidra
  • Vedic Teachings and Daily Maha Mantra for releasing negative patterning
  • Precise chanting instruction and integration of chanting with 5-Element Sadhana
