Aham Yoga’s comprehensive introductory 6 week beginner course is designed for students who are new to yoga, or have little experience and are to new Aham Yoga. Classes meet once a week for 6 weeks. We recommend attending the entire series from start to finish. We cover the fundamental poses with a key focus on alignment, technique, breathing patterns and mindfulness. No prior knowledge of yoga is necessary.

The class is structured to the level of the participants, and is the perfect start to a safe and lifelong yoga practice.

The course will help you understand and connect with your own body, leave you feeling stronger and more open. Your practice will begin to alleviate daily aches and pains for lifestyle, as well as equip you with the ability to cope with stress better and leave you feeling more rejuvenated and relaxed.

All of our classes are at 70 or 72 degrees. It is best to pre-register for this course as we accept a limited number of participants per series. After the completion of this series, the next step will be to begin practicing in our on-going Level 1, 2, and 3 classes, which we will guide you through the process of halfway through your Beginners Series.
