You are invited to an evening with Alive & Shine Instructors, Nitika and Stephanie, experiencing and feeling union of mind, body and soul through the 4 petals of Purna Yoga – Asana, Heartfull Meditation, Nutrition/Lifestyle and Applied Philosophy. Enjoy a holistic experience to create more oneness with yourself. Wear comfortable clothing since class will include asana and meditation.

About The Teachers:

NitikaNitika has been a student of yoga since 2006 and she is a certified Purna Yoga Teacher at the 2,000 hour level since 2008. She is also the Studio manager at Alive & Shine Center since 2015. She loves teaching and helping students feel safe in the environment they are in so they can enjoy the adventure of opening up their body. Nitika is also a licensed massage therapist and offers massage at Alive & Shine Center. She loves to travel, go hiking, meet new people, dancing and is currently learning how to salsa dance and sew.

STEPHANIE HILLYARDStephanie is 500 hr Certified Purna Yoga Instructor and currently enrolled in the 2,000 hr training. She has been a student of yoga since 2007 and has been teaching since 2012.She loves helping students dive deeper into their practice and create a stronger connection with their heart regardless of what stage they are at.

When she was working in the advertising industry, she was searching for an outlet to bring balance and strength into a chaotic lifestyle. She not only found an engaging practice, but also found a deeper connection with herself – the missing link. Purna Yoga has helped create profound shifts and awareness within herself that continues to shape, develop, and bring out the best of her abilities.Stephanie also has a bachelors degree in communication from Purdue University and is a certified Total Barre instructor. She enjoys dancing, traveling, and exploring the Northwest. She is a continuous learner of health and wellness and sustainable lifestyle practices. She loves essential oils and exploring the positive effects creating a healthy lifestyle.
