Please join us to welcome Tiffany Cruickshank back to Yogabliss for this special pop-up experience in-studio!

This acupressure flow is designed to help you move through stress and revitalize from the inside out.

We will incorporate acupressure points based on the meridians of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) to help boost energy levels and release tension. This class will focus on the liver & kidneys, which in TCM are responsible for our stress resilience and our deep-seated energy reserves. We’ll use a breath focused flow to target the kidney & liver meridians with some acupressure points along the way to help regulate stress & support energy levels. The second portion of this practice will have a mixture of pranayama, yin, and restorative postures to refill your energy resources and leave your ready for the rest of your week.
