Advanced Teacher Assisting Program with Lisa Black

Developed by Lisa Black, the Advanced Teacher Assisting Program (Adv. TAP) is a weekend training course designed to give instructors the techniques and skills needed to provide safe and effective adjustments on intermediate and advanced yoga students. Students will learn the stabilizing, corrective, and deepening full-body adjustments for advanced postures, and gain hours of advanced hands-on assisting experience with Lisa Black.

Prerequisites:
200 hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification is recommended, but not required.
Advanced TAP participants must be vinyasa yoga instructors and have previously completed TAP, or have special permission from the studio to participate.
