Aerial Yoga Teacher Training with Cheryl Yamamoto

Up your game and add Aerial Yoga to the list of classes you teach. This weekend training is geared toward yoga or fitness instructors who would like to learn to teach Aerial Yoga. Learn how to use the silks to help your students achieve and deepen traditional yoga postures and much more. This comprehensive and empowering teacher training covers aerial yoga fundamentals required to begin teaching Aerial classes for students of all ages, abilities and confidence levels. Training counts towards 10 CEU with Yoga Alliance Continue Education Program and is Yoga Alliance Accredited.

About the instructor: Cheryl Yamamoto

Cheryl Yamamoto, designated E-RYT 200 with the Yoga Alliance, has a passion for sharing the practice of yoga with others . Setting the example, making time for her own personal yoga practice (Sadhana) everyday.  Cheryl provides an all-levels practice with a focus on mindfulness based breathing, alignment clarity and meditative elements.  Yoga changed her life for the better in so many ways and she has dedicated her life to sharing the gift of yoga with others. Cheryl is lead director and instructor at the Get Zen Yoga Academy where she offers a 200HR Yoga Teacher Training in Vinyasa Flow and Yin Yoga.

Her teaching style draws from a variety of ancient and modern spiritual teachings inspired by the Ashtanga, Yoga Nidra, Iyengar, Viniyoga, IYT (Integrative ), Anusara and Hatha styles, respectively.  Cheryl currently teaches hot yoga at GetZenYoga.com and frequently offers Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath Workshops. Cheryl is level 1 Reiki Certified and practices energy healing as well as Intuitive Astrology, Numerology, Human Design and Psychology.
