Join us for the Animal Flow Level 1 Workshop at the beautiful Yogabliss facility on Mercer Island. Animal Flow is the ground-based movement program that combines elements from different bodyweight disciplines, including gymnastics, hand balancing, and yogic-style exercises, with animal locomotion patterns. The L1 course is an intensive two-day workshop (12 hours total) where you’ll learn all 30 Level 1 moves, including regressions, progressions, and variations for all skill levels. You’ll explore how and when to use each movement individually, as well as how to link them together into flows of your own design. This is also your first step toward becoming a Certified Animal Flow Instructor or Specialist. It is open to yoga instructors, yoga practitioners, fitness professionals, and fitness enthusiasts.
About the Course
You’ll cover all 6 elements of Animal Flow, including the Traveling Forms (the “ABCs” of animal movements); Switches and Transitions; Wrist Mobility; Activations; Form Specific Stretches, and, of course, Flows. The workshop starts with base positions, which systematically build in difficulty and complexity over the two days. Movements are taught within the context of scientifically-based concepts relevant to anyone working in health and fitness industries.

About the instructor: Clif Harski
Clifton Harski has a long history as a student of human movement, making him a natural fit as an Animal Flow Master Instructor. A lifelong athlete and collegiate basketball player, Clifton holds a degree in kinesiology from SDSU and has been in the fitness industry for more than eight years. He currently is the director of programming and national head coach for Fitwall, the popular new workout program that incorporates high-intensity interval training with innovative wall equipment system.
Fitness Educator
Clifton is not just an amazing athlete; he is also an incredible instructor. In just the last 3 years he has taught more than 1,500 people throughout the US, conducting over 100 workshops covering different fitness systems for multiple companies. In addition to his work with Animal Flow and Fitwall, he currently works with KB Athletics to certify coaches in the proper instruction of kettlebell training. Prior to his position at Fitwall he ran his own company BA Training, which taught kettlebell and bodyweight training workshops throughout the United States and also ran Bootycamp in San Diego, CA. He spent 1.5 years at MovNat as a master trainer, and coached over 1,400 people in over 80 workshops for MovNat.
Clifton believes that the most important and least talked about piece of fitness is movement. While strength, power, flexibility, and endurance are all important pieces, it is movement that ties them all together. He frequently says, “If we can move better, we will move more, and if we move more, we will see better results.”
