Arm balances & inversions are exhilarating and playful, but they can also be intimidating, challenging and take practice. Rather than focus on a few select poses and emphasize achieving a “final” shape, we will take a more well-rounded approach to this group of poses by exploring exercises that prepare you for the work. In this all-levels workshops, you will learn ways to increase strength and awareness in your body, how to weave these preparatory poses into your own daily practice, and methods to practice and integrate the poses themselves with ease. Leave with a few tired muscles, a feeling of accomplishment and a toolbox for advancing your arm balances and inversions!
