Workshop for Yoga Teachers and Trainees with Carrie Johnson

Learn how to safely incorporate Hands on Assists in your yoga classes. Join Carrie Johnson for this 2-part workshop explorating how to effectively read your student’s body, ask permission to touch, and offer empowering assists that will elevate your student’s yoga practice as well as your confidence as a teacher.

This is part of Aya’s 200-hour Fire + Water Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training; all teachers in training here or elsewhere or current yoga teachers are welcome to attend and learn.

Time and Date: Saturday, March 11 from 1-6pm and Saturday, April 15 from 1-6pm.
