Nourish body and soul as we transition in tune with nature’s autumnal rhythms in this special 90 minute class. Weaving asana (poses), chanting, pranayama (breath practice) guided imagery and awareness to autumn’s potent seasonal energy, you will feel awakened, rooted & balanced—ready to ease into the zeal of Fall.
After class, we will share in a wholesome vegetarian lunch made with love by Jenny.
