12-Month Series with Ellie Rose
In many ways 2020 has been a year of stress, darkness and challenge. From the yogic perspective, we are in a cycle of profound transformation where what needs to die is beginning to fall apart in order to make space for the new life that needs to be born. This is a call for a deeper awakening and understanding; a call to be a cause in our lives as creators rather than living in survival and powerlessness.
This course is for anyone who is willing to meditate daily (this can start with a 5 minute sit), and who is committed to deepening their practice and supporting the awakening of consciousness.
We will study, practice, and grow together using the spiritual toolkit of:
✓ a loving and supportive sangha (spiritual community)
✓ a daily gratitude practice
✓ yoga asana
✓ mindfulness
✓ meditation
✓ self-reflection
✓ the study of the current sciences of neurobiology, epigenetics, and quantum physics which are sciences that are proving what the yogis discovered millennia ago
If you are interested in your evolution and living a life of resilience, creativity, and contribution this sangha will be a source of inspiration and wisdom for you. Please join me as we create a supportive and loving community that will hold us and call us to our highest selves. This is a soul course that will empower and transform you to live your dharma as source and contribution.
We meet one Saturday a month for 3 hours and each sangha will include: yoga asana, lecture and discussion, meditation, and self-reflection.

A series allows your teacher to teach progressively and to tailor the class, theme or goal as they get to know each individual over time. Staying with one group for several weeks also builds commitment, community, and understanding for both the student and the teacher. Research shows that we learn better, feel discomfort less, and are more optimistic when we feel included in community. Our series classes build that kind of inclusion.
Please plan carefully: Refunds of 90% are granted up to 5 days prior to the series start; after which, no refunds are given.
