Ayurveda is the science of self-healing and longevity from India. This sister Vedic tradition of Yoga teaches us how to stay in balance during all the seasons of our lives. Ayurveda focuses on connecting the mind and body for living life to the fullest. In this class you will learn about effective Ayurvedic self-care practices for healthy aging, daily routine, foods and herbs to rejuvenate and strengthen the body.

Sarah Kruse practices at Embrace Ayurveda in Wallingford. As an Ayurvedic Practitioner and Massage Therapist, Sarah assists clients in returning to their true nature through Ayurvedic Wellness Consultations and nurturing & rejuvenating bodywork. She has chosen to work in the field of Ayurveda for the purpose of bringing healing and awareness to people’s lives so that they can realize their unique life path and contribute their gifts to the world we live in. She is a graduate of The Ayurvedic Institute in New Mexico, where she studied under Dr. Vasant Lad, and has traveled extensively throughout India, studying with renowned Ayurvedic doctors and scholars.
