We will have a full flow practice dedicated to the Doshas. You will have time to explore each pose with a different perspective. Learn how to balance your Doshas when practicing yoga and also learn tools for ou health.

About the instructor: Ashley Skartvedt

Ashley Skartvedt

Ashley discovered her curiosity for yoga in 2003 at the age of 16. Since then, she has harnessed a consistent, well-rounded, practice that is reflected in her teaching. In 2013, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training and has continued her education in learning a variety of yoga styles such as; Anusara, Ashtanga, Hatha, Trauma-Informed, Vinyasa, and Yin. Ashley is currently working towards her 500-hour yoga teacher certification. She loves incorporating breathing techniques and meditation into her classes to help student’s connect their mind, body, and spirit. Ashley is also a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist and has worked in acute inpatient and residential behavioral health settings since 2012. Ashley holds an MFA in Creative Writing and Poetics from the University of Washington, Bothell. When she is not practicing or teaching yoga, she is reading books, writing poetry, and spending time outdoors!
