Come spend 90 minutes integrating your body and your mind. The workshop will include pranayama, a gentle hatha warm up, and instructions and exercises on how to properly use the BackMitra for self-care and private practice.

The BackMitra is a restorative tool that helps us have a flexible and strong back and opens our chest and heart, directly benefiting the skeletal, muscular and nervous system. It is a tool designed to apply pressure on the posterior part of the spinal column. It requires slow movements and deep focused breathing. A flexible and strong back makes a relaxed and resilient nervous system!
