Beer + Yoga at Ghostfish in Seattle

The morning begins with an hour long, all levels, Yoga practice. Immediately following our practice we will move to the bar for a pint of your favorite Ghostfish brew. Leave your worries at the door, get your body in motion, taste some of Seattle’s finest craft beers, and get to know your community.

About the Venue: Ghostfish Brewing Company is a brewery with a mission: to elevate gluten-free beer to the forefront of craft brewing innovation. All three of the founders are gluten-intolerant themselves or have loved ones who are, making them acutely aware of how the craft brewing revolution has left gluten-intolerant drinkers behind. They combine traditional brewing methods with non-traditional ingredients in a constantly evolving repertoire of beer styles.
