Lamaze is one of the most popular childbirth preparation methods in America today. In this workshop you will learn labor and delivery coping mechanisms, evidence-based information about pregnancy, and you will build confidence for a safe and healthy birth. As stated on the Lamaze International website, “Our goal is simple: We want you to feel confident, supported and powerful as you ask questions, make decisions, and navigate your path through pregnancy, birth and parenthood.

Cancellation Policy: Refunds of 90% up to five days prior to workshop. No refunds allowable after that time.

About the instructor: Brittnie Rosen

Brittnie is a Midwest transplant, growing up in Minnesota. Her exposure to acupuncture at a young age led her to pursue a career in Chinese Medicine. She graduated from Bastyr with a Masters in East Asian Medicine and delivered her first daughter, Esme, in 2016 and recently delivered her second daughter, Minha. She has overcome her difficulties with female health and hopes to share her experience and knowledge with others with similar stories.
