“What does body acceptance mean to you?

How can yoga help you connect with and cultivate gratitude for your body?

Come practice gentle movements, paired with mindful breathing to encourage acceptance of your body exactly as it is in the present moment.

“Yoga” literally means bringing union to body, breath, and mind. Each week in class we will dive a little deeper into the meaning of sadhana (personal practice) and how it can be used as a tool to build appreciation for our whole selves.

Grace Glante

 

Grace is a registered yoga instructor since 2017 and social worker. Her personal health journey has reinforced her commitment to viniyoga principles. She makes art and healing potions and can always be found incorporating nature into her daily life.

She is the program coordinator of Ram and Bee Wellness.
